Shop Pay FAQ's

When you choose Shop Pay at checkout, you have the option to pay in full or split your purchase into installments. For orders between $50 and $999.99 USD, you can divide the total into four equal, biweekly, interest-free payments. For orders from $150 to $30,000 USD, monthly installment options are available, which may include interest rates ranging from 0% to 36% APR, depending on the terms offered at checkout. Your first payment is due at checkout, and the remaining payments are automatically charged to your saved card on Shop Pay. You'll receive email reminders before each payment is charged.

For interest-free installment plans, both debit and credit cards are accepted. For installment plans that include interest, only debit cards are accepted.

No, Shop Pay Installments is only available to customers with a United States billing address and a United States mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses or phone numbers cannot use Shop Pay Installments.

Yes, the order value limit for Shop Pay Installments is $30,000 USD, including discounts, shipping, and taxes. For orders exceeding $20,000 USD, a down payment is required upfront, and the remaining balance can be paid through monthly installments.

To request a refund, contact the store where you made your purchase. If a return is possible based on the store's policy, the refunded amount will be applied to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your installment balance will be updated accordingly. If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment but could result in fewer payments or a smaller final payment. If your refund exceeds your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that for orders with interest payments, the paid interest isn't refundable, as it is the cost of borrowing.

Choosing to pay in four biweekly installments does not affect your credit score. However, opting for monthly payments and failing to make timely payments might impact your credit score. Only monthly payment options have the potential to affect your credit score.
